Why BlueOcean Entrepeneurship....

Welcome to my fresh start blog versing about what is like to be in global jobs, global companies, global projects, global mindnesses and everyday becoming more and more integrated and how to deal with cultural and regional differences in a smooth manner.I have called this blog Blue Ocean Entrepeneurship because I believe every global executive has an underpinning mask of an entrepeneurship from the inside. And of course the powerfull image of a big blue ocean ahead of us means the infinity of possibilities and richness in this path to our professional and personal achievements.

Welcome all!!!!

AIIM Expo Info360 in Washington DC USA

I writte this small note to let you know that the Annual AIIM Expo, this year called INFO360, happened this year in Washington DC and was pretty nice.

All the openning , including the CEO and CO-Founder of BOX.NET, a Cloud based trend up in the waves for hipping up the high tides on the Cloud, Western Union CIO and several others.

Also, que CIO Executive Council meeting was very instructive, within very intelligent discussions from CIOs of Veteran Affairs from the US Courts, Western Union and Red Robin Burgers, trading a very nice painel about the Future of CIO job, crealy and surprisingly in accordance and very good tunning to what I have seen on the CIO SP Weekend last weekend in Brazil.

Which means that we are pretty much in tune to what happens globally, at least in most Americas operations.

Very good week,
Now heading up to San Jose, CA , for the CISCO Security Forum.

See you there

Montenegro - Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil

There are some places in the world that really has the power to remind you of the old days.
Some places that can stay in your hear within the speed of a heartbeat.
Some places where you can walk by silently in an afternoon and really feel the air of the old times, when peace, love and friendship really meant something to most of the people.

This is what the small city of Montenegro means to me.

Located in the deep south of Brazil, 70 km distant from Rio Grande do Sul state capital Porto Alegre, Montenegro is a city originally founded by German people back in the XIX Century, and to this day it feels in the air of the small streets, and i the look of the people.

With temperatures bellow zero Celsius during Brazilian Winter, even the uptime summer the heat is really not as hard as in Southeast.
